Delivery and Recycling

All Tesco Mobile phones are usually delivered within 72 hours, for orders placed before 12.30pm. Delivery is by Courier and you must be at the address given for delivery, to receive your phone.

Free take-back of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)

Tesco have an obligation to take-back WEEE free of charge on a one for one, like for like basis. We recommend that you give your old mobile phone to a friend or relative as long as it's in good working order. A recycling envelope is also provided free of charge in every Tesco Mobile phone pack, and allows you to recycle your old mobile phone free of charge. For phones purchased online you can either put your old mobile phone in the freepost recycling envelope provided when you receive your new phone and post it back to us free of charge, or you can take it to your nearest Tesco store and use the recycling envelope provided in store.

Free take-back/recycling of your old mobile phone is available in all Tesco Stores by using the recycling envelopes provided.
